Airport Pickup Service Registration Acknowledgement


Thanks for registering for the Airport Pickup Service. A confirmation email with a record of all the information you submitted has been sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. We recommend that you add elan@ifmusa.org , bism@iu.edu & iubism.org@gmail.com to your ‘Approved Sender’ list, within your email reader.

If you haven’t received an email confirmation within an hour, you can check if you are registered by going to https://iubism.org/checkstatus

Please check to see that all the information submitted is accurate. If not update your details on your pickup request link in your email confirmation.

  1. Decision Notification:
    • From July 25, 2026 onwards, you will receive a notification via email and your unique link whether your pickup request has been approved or not based on volunteer availability. You will receive your volunteer driver information no later than 3 days before your arrival date.
  2. Track Your Request:
    • You can track the progress of your pickup request and will receive pickup details through the unique link provided in your confirmation email.
  3. Volunteer Communication:
    • Once your pickup request has been APPROVED, you will receive details about your pickup volunteer. Your volunteer will reach out to you via WhatsApp to communicate with you further about your pickup time.

We pick up hundreds of new international students and it is a time-consuming endeavor. And we want to pick up as many students as we can. Waiting until the scheduled pickup time will help us a lot. Please do not email or call to request early pickup. BISM Staff will decide on early pick up if there are sufficient students arriving earlier than the stated times and we will notify all relevant students. We thank you for your understanding.
